45 mins of Classical Pilates with myself in the home studio. We flow through a repertoire that is at the right level for you. Each time you step onto the mat you will find your connection strengthens. We work on articulating movement that rids you of tension through breathe and importantly helps maintain mobility and connection.
I encourage mindfulness movement that leaves you feeling energised and motivated. It’s certainly not a HIT workout but Pilates really does work your muscle groups when you are taught where to focus your movement on. Everyone benefits from a 1:1 class.

For larger group classes please contact me.
I can hold classes on weekends or evenings at a venue of your choice for large groups, parties & health and wellness events.
I can also visit your home for a more private experience where the whole family can join in.
